I have worn my Fitbit charge 6 every night and for at least 14 hours a day And the readiness score says calibrating wear your Fitbit for seven more nights. Why am I not getting readiness score? This started about three days on my Fitbit charge five and has carried over to the new charge 6.

The algorithm for the Daily Readiness score was changed with the recent app update. This help page explains how the readiness score is calculated as well as what changed (<-- click link).
Although the algorithm needs at least 7 nights of data to re-calibrate and re-calculate your readiness score, I've seen some users report that they finally saw their score before the 7th day. It sounds to me that the algorithm is still acquiring your data in order to calculate your score.
I've also seen some users report that they see their readiness score on their Fitbit device although it's not showing in the Fitbit app. So be sure to check both your device and the Fitbit app for your score.

Yes, actually I am seeing it on my charge 6 but not on the app. And the app breaks the readiness score down and I like to look at the three different areas that they’re evaluating. Hopefully it shows on my app sometime soon.

It took awhile for my Readiness score to update and show the new score.
Since the algorithm uses a different set of data, it might take more time before it has the right amount of the necessary data. Be sure that you're wearing your device at night and you're getting sleep data.

We are trying to find out why users aren't seeing their Readiness scores after wearing their Fitbits for 7+ days. I'll report back as soon as we have an update.
FWIW, I saw a Moderator post from yesterday (02 Oct 2024) stating that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Please keep checking the app store for the update.

I had to wait 7 days for a score. You may not get a score if you’re not using tracker 24/7. I think it does require sleep data so if one night you’re not tracking sleep you may not get a score that day. I’m 25 today so green light todo Nothing 😂😂

The algorithm will use the data tracked by your Charge 6 for the Readiness score. It doesn't matter if you have to charge your battery in the meantime. At least, that's the way it worked for me.
