From what I understand, Fitbit version 4.43 started rolling out yesterday (20 May 2025). The updates usually rollout in waves. So keep checking your app store for the update and install it when it's available to you.

@K-Roll @RiekoC I've had the same issue for at least a week, if not more. I was on 4.42 and updated to 4.43 but the same default "recent activities" also show for me. I consistently use weights, swim and crossfit but none seem to register. I didn't see anything on the iOS Forum except @K-Roll 's question to that group too.
