Recording hourly activity

My charge 6 records my hourly activity however the app regularly misses out an hour or two. So that even if my charge 6 says I’ve done 12 hours the app only shows 11. Are these faults happening so that we have to pay for the premium service?

@Sailordavep1966 this is a known issue with the Fitbit app. It is not related to whether users have a Premium subscription.
