Recurring alarm not updating

So I updated my Charge 6 this morning (on Android) now the repeating alarms are showing grey with a cross and the only way I can have them on is to have a 1 time alarm any ideas?

I've restarted the watch uninstalled the app on my phone and check DND and sleep mode and neither are on.

Dave, there are a few problems that have been reported in this stream. Do you have these all reported back to Fitbit?

Seems like it as it's still not fixed

Any updates on this? I have two Inspire 3s in use in my house and now they both are hosed on the alarms after the 214.24 update. My kids use these to wake up and it's super annoying for them and me to remind them to set the one time alarm daily since it cannot be recurring anymore else it has the grey X.  I'm also wearing a brand new Charge 6 that's still using 210.26 and I'm just waiting for it to fail now too if they keep pushing this update with bugs.

Fitbit... Figure this out already.

I bought a brand new Fitbit Charge 6 about 4 weeks ago.  Having had other Fitbit charge models, I’ve never had issues with/seen a grayed-out X when I set some alarms.

i can’t seem to find anything that explains what this means or how to remedy it.  It doesn’t matter what time of day I set an alarm for.  It seems very random as I have other alarms set.

@DavidFitbit  - There’s been an app update, but still no firmware update. When will FitBit be fixing my Charge that they broke?

I am having the same problem but it seems to only be on alarms that repeat on Tuesdays. I was able to setup a repeating alarm for Mon, Wed, Thur and Fri.

Huh. That's a new one. I'm going to give it a try and see if that happens for me, too!

Actually it is an intermittent problem . I have had Monday and Friday alarms crap out as well. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t.

So it seems that any repeat alarm setting works normally only if you set a time into the future, up until 11:59 that day. Otherwise it will show an X. I’m waiting until after midnight to test if any morning alarms would work. Definitely a bug.

So, you would think that with the help of this community stream, they would have figured out what the problem is already? Interested in the results.

I also updated & have the same issue.

My issue is similar. But, I can set single-day or multi-day recurring alarms, unless the recurrence includes (tomorrow less than 24 hours?). It's pretty strange. That on a Wednesday, I can set a recurring alarm for Thursday at 5pm and it's yellow, but 4pm would be grey with the X. I am definitely not sure what the grey with an X means.

Updated my Inspire 3 this afternoon and I can’t set a reoccurring alarm for 6am weekdays, but I can set a reoccurring 8am weekend? I tried deleting the alarms and making new ones. It lets me set a one time 6am but if I try to make it reoccurring it turns grey with an ‘X’ on it. Any solutions yet?

It seems that the one-time alarms still work. From what I can tell, it is only the repeatable alarms that have a problem.

My Charge 6 updated yesterday to version 66.20001.214.24 and same problem, when I set an alarm as recurring it's turns gray with a cross in the middle and it won't trigger the next morning.
