I set up my Charge 6 with a weekday repeating smart alarm. Two days ago, it worked fine. Last night, I woke up myself before the alarm time. However today, it totally and completely failed!
The alarm was set for 5:15. I woke up without any vibration at 5:54. The alarm indicated it was snoozing until 6:00. That should not be possible. One has to affirmatively swipe to snooze.
I then saw, as the hour went past 6:00, with no action on my part whatsoever, that the alarm now set snoozing until 6:09. So, it must have constantly re-snoozed from 5:15 onward (45 minutes being five snoozes).
The alarm was active in the application and actively snoozing repeatedly, without any vibration.
Everything is up to date. My Pixel 8 is running Android 14, and the tracker is also up to date with the latest firmware.

Hey there I'm having this issue too. I've only been using my device for 1 full month as of today. My alarm didn't wake me up when it was scheduled to. And after some testing with both alarms and with countdown timer there seems to be something malfunctioning.
My test went like this:
Set alarm for 10:50
Do something else
Fitbit began buzzing at 10:59
Double checked if I set a 10:50 alarm or 10:59
Confirmed the Fitbit never went off at 10:50 as scheduled AND "Snoozed" itself until 10:59 without my interacting with it.
Did you ever figure out what's going on? I'm pretty upset because the main reason I got my fitbit is to use alarms and timers!
Same issue over here. Silent alarm was a main feature for buying so I wouldn’t wake up my partner in the morning. When it works it’s great but problem is that it doesn’t work every time. Very annoying as I now have to set a backup phone alarm.
I am experiencing the same issue. It happens sporadically and most of the time, the alarm vibration works, but when it does not, it is rather critical!
I understand that alerts might not be exact due to optimisation of battery usage, but auto-snoozing is an unwanted "feature" that completely breaks a popular feature.
I am wondering if it could be possible to accidentally snooze the alarm, however I cannot imagine how. I doubt very much that I am purposefully doing it in my sleep!
I am having the same issue. I even tried setting a few alarms 15 minutes apart in the morning. It works sporadically. It is enough to make me consider trading it in and going with something else. I need something consistent that will vibrate and wake me up in the morning I can count on. Why Fitbit seems to not be taking this more seriously is unfortunate.
