Returning a damaged Fitbit?

I recently bought a Charge 6 during the black Friday sale and somehow the screen has a noticeable scratch on it even though I don't recall doing anything that could have caused it. Since I am still in the 45 day return window, am I still able to return it? I managed to get a return label but I'm worried that they will say it's not eligible for a refund. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hello @hulamrut and welcome to the Community.  It's my understanding that the 45 return window in a no questions asked return policy.  A screen scratch IS NOT a reason for a warranty replacement.  I think you will be fine as long as it is a return and you are asking for a refund.
