My Fitbit Charge 6 doesn't work. Went to update it and it malfunctioned, been through troubleshooting process to no avail. I just want my money back, go to hit return on the Fitbit website and it spits me back to the help page. Very unhelpful! Product is not fit for purpose, I want a refund and don't want to be ignored!!!!
