Is there a way to go back to the settings before the firmware update installed in June ? I have had so many different issues with my charge 6 since then the latest today was after fully charging the battery, I restarted the device which was clearly a mistake. Screen just kept flashing with the Fitbit logo and it would not turn back on. I tried syncing it with the app and it seemed to but it still wouldn't turn on for quite some time probably about 15 minutes. When it did turn back on the time was incorrect which has been an ongoing issue since june. It still will not properly alert with the alarm, it just barely half vibrates instead of the standard alarm that it has always had. But if I place it on the charger near the alarm time it goes off while on the charger. The battery drains extremely quickly even if I have the screen set to dim , it doesn't seem to hold a charge hardly at all. And also isn't properly logging the sleep. I realize that I purchased it more than a year ago but this is absolutely ridiculous this thing is such a piece of junk right now it is practically useless. I see many other users that are having the same types of issues with the charge 6 since this firmware update in June. Why aren't you releasing a fix for this? I think we should be compensated somehow like perhaps replacing ours with a comparable Fitbit that actually works?
