SPO2 data a day late when I'm in Australia. Ok when I'm in Canada. My location is set appropriately for each country. The other fitness parameters arrive normally.

@Franb1 Do you mean SpO2 data shows up the next day?  For example, today you checked, no data but tomorrow you checked for yesterday and it's there in the app?  If so that's happened to me a few times.  I think some glitch in the system.  Also happens where I checked in the morning and it's not there but later in the day, SpO2 shows up populated.  Same on the device.  After I manually sync in the morning, my Charge 6 doesn't always show the stats like Sleep, Readiness, SpO2p etc until later or I "exit" the stats screen and tap back into it from the clock screen and it suddenly refreshes.
