Charge 6 See All "goals" screen is black in the Fitbit app

Hi, I want to increase my steps GOAL but I cannot get the Goals screen to show anything on the app.  It is a completely black screen with only <Back and the word Goals in white showing.

When I tap on the YOU icon, and scroll down to the 'goals' section, it shows the message "Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals."

On the Today screen, the "hourly activity" shows two grey rows... I tap on them and it takes me to the hourly activity chat/stats... but I don't see a way to change anything except to select 'reminders to move'.

When I click on steps, it only gives me the option to do 'data deletion options'.

I have updated my firmware, restarted phone.

I need help.

Thank you.
