How do find the settings on my charge 6?

Some settings are in the app. There are two different places. If you tap the little gray blob in the upper left that has your battery percentage, then on the charge 6 device, you will find some. If you touch on the circle in the upper right with your initial or google profile picture in it, there is a settings option in the popup.

On the fitbit itself, tap to wake up the screen if necessary, then from the main watch face swipe down and keep swiping down until you see settings.

Did you figure out how to see the clock on your Fitbit? It should be the main display.
