Hello @Wednesday12
Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your iPhone? There was a recent issue with historical data, which many users were able to fix by uninstalling, then re-installing the app

Good news (for me that is). All the sleep data has come back. It recorded my sleep last night and cycling back through the days, it all shows up again.
Glitch fixed, well this one anyway...
I have attached screen shots showing how the SpO2 app has stopped since the sleep data has been recommenced
Today
yesterday
app has been downloaded and this shows it and the version which does not show as needing an update
please fix Manufitbit
Best AnswerWelcome to Fitbit! Where they break the app with an update, fix it 3 months later then break it again.
I love my charge 6 but the app has been progressively getting worse over time. Sorry you had to find out in person.
Best AnswerLooks like yesterday's problem with sleep tracking is fixed. It's working again this morning. Thanks to the support team for quick response.

Dear StefanieFitbit
Are you referring to the changes made around 23 June 2025 that's made sleep data more or less worthless on the charge 6 App...refer to the "Inaccurate sleep on Charge 6" postings, or has their been a fix to the app since then?
---
Can't say I have seen it myself, but according to StefanieFitbit post "Your sleep tracking just got more accurate".
If you’ve noticed that your sleep stages, sleep time and awake time have changed recently, you’re seeing our latest improvement in action. This is the first step in a series of upcoming improvements to improving our sleep tracking — so stay tuned to hear about these changes as soon as they happen.
We understand that changes in your data can be surprising and appreciate your feedback.
What changed?
We've updated our tracking technology. This is to provide a more precise measurement of your sleep stages. Our goal is to always give you the clearest and most accurate view of your health.
For example, you may see your awake time increase slightly as we now capture brief awakenings the old system missed. This is a normal part of sleep.

Best AnswerHas the fix been since 24 June? Same problems with Inspire. All my records appear as normal (ie 7 hours or more sleep almost every night) for about 1-2 seconds then are automatically recalculated to much less or completely disappear.
Is this only for Android? Because since the silent release of new flawed algorithm my sleep results are absurd. I also believe you've been misinformed since "restless" time was captured previously include in light sleep, not ignored. My sleep times with my Charge 6 / iPhone 15 Pro Max have increased to awake 2-4 hours. Sleep scores monthly this year averaged 82 - 83 and now with the increase in fake awake time they are daily "fair" to "poor". I've used a Fitbit for years, starting with the Charge 3 and this is the worst change ever. Your phone lines are bombarded and first line tech wasn't told about the secret change and thus recommended meaningless troubleshooting steps I'm working directly now with an escalation supervisor in Bugaria via email who has been terrific and responsive. She confirmed the screams from angry users is growing daily.
So respectfully, what is currently being provided is useless and for some people a threat to their health. Sleep experts will tell you restless sleep is not the same as being awake and lumping it together is meaningless.
Suggest you read the posts and complaints under the Charge 6 category to see recent posts and anger over the change which was initially denied.
Hi,
My sleep data appears to be back to normal and recording correctly.
I did check the heart setting and did a restart and then a short time later data for the previous night and all the previous sleep data reappeared.
Not sure what the issue was but now appears fixed.
Hey folks,
I just reached Bali, Indonesia, three days ago, and ever since then, my Fitbit activity log timings (walking & sleeping times) have been showing incorrectly. Though the display time is working fine, the activity and sleep log times are showing 8 hours behind.
I tried doing all possible settings changes, updates, restarts, etc., but the problem is not resolved.
Any immediate answers shall be highly appreciated.
Thanks
Best AnswerWatch is now up and working (took maybe 5-10 min) and version changed from 66.20001.210.26 to ...214.24
