Best AnswerMy Charge 6 sleep benchmarks info is no longer appearing in the app. Is loss of information part of the update??????? Is there a way to restore the benchmarks????
Best AnswerHello @PennyBright
Are you getting your Sleep stages graph? Do you see the bubble that says "30 day average"?
As far as I know, there wasn't a change to the sleep graph options for Benchmark or 30 day average after the recent app updates. Those should still be available to you.
Which version of the Fitbit app do you have? To check:

Best AnswerHi,
I find it puzzling that my Fitbit Versa 4 isn't showing my Sleep Data. Everything else seems to be fine (Steps and Energy burned are both being recorded for example); even my alarms work. I've even tried logging out and logging back in again. Fortunately the alarm function works, so at least there's that.
Best AnswerHello @Donna_Lang
Are you not seeing sleep data on your Versa 4 device or in the Fitbit app?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Best AnswerAfter turning Bluetooth off and back on, restarting the Charge 6, and restarting my Android phone to no avail, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Sleep stats are showing up now, although I haven't checked them for accuracy. (I see the same total amount of sleep for two consecutive days now, when no data for the previous day showed up before.)
Hi
again I got a three hour awake time and very poor sleep score.
if the sleep score is right it must be me.
Best AnswerStill having trouble. My sleep history just stopped showing detail this morning. 11/14/2025 Help!
Best AnswerHello @Judeemoon , @Cbsun6
Please try uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your mobile device.
Let us know if this restored your historical sleep data.

Best AnswerHello @Cbsun6
Did your historical sleep data ever show up?
If it hasn't yet, you could try clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone, followed by a Force stop.

Best AnswerHello @susanlipp
Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your iPhone? Some users have reported that this has worked to restore their historical data.

Sleep data consistently shows I awakened at 2:00 am when in fact I got up at 6:15 am. Data is becoming less reliable. Needs a reset, or update. Only legitimate advice I see here is uninstall and reinstall. No bueno.

I had another issue Saturday night and consistently getting worse not recording my sleep data correctly. States this morning I awakened at 2 am when in fact it was 6:15 am. Has been accurate but the last several weeks have been off. Solar flares??
Best AnswerThe sleep data has been rubbish for a while now and nobody at Fitbit will acknowledge that there are any issues let alone make any effort to fix the issues. All the resources are going into AI and the Ask Coach features.
My Charge 5 is now logging odd sleep times;last night 11.32 to 2.01 only but 3 hours later 2.01 to 6.54.Seems it only works when it wants to,user has no comeback, seller doesn't care.
