Sleep stages missing on Charge 6

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Fitbit Charge 6, with heart rate tracking always accurate, the device properly worn, fully updated firmware and app, and a fully charged battery.

Today, as usual, my sleep got split into multiple segments within the same night. Initially, I could see my sleep stages for an interval of 0:15 to 7:30. I decided to delete all logs and manually set the full interval (0:15 to 8:30 for the same night), but now the sleep stages aren’t showing. Heart rate data was recorded throughout the night (with a 5 minute gap from 2:55 to 3:00), but breathing rate is missing.

I’ve followed all recommended troubleshooting steps (restarting, manual sync, re-login), but the issue persists. Why would sleep stages appear initially for a shorter interval but disappear after setting a slightly longer one?

Thanks for any insights!

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, the issue has happened again. After deleting one of the sleep segments and extending the sleep interval on the other one, the sleep stages are no longer showing.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello @JAlcaraz

Sorry to see that you had another incident where your sleep stages disappeared after editing your sleep log.

I've had this happen to me a few times. One time, I didn't get my sleep stages graphs after editing my sleep log. Another time, my sleep stages graph re-appeared after I deleted the logs and manually entered my sleep start & end time.

I know that you tried deleting all the sleep logs last time and manually entered your sleep start & end time, but that didn't generate your sleep stages graph. For this latest incident, you might try deleting the logs and manually entering the time to see if you get your graphs.

Also, there's often an issue with certain Fitbit data, including sleep logs, due to the biannual time change which usually fixes itself in a day or so. So, today might be a good time to try.

I'll be watching for your update.
