Sleep start time is almost always wrong using Charge 6

Hello,

I have been using charge 6 for a while now after using charge 4 for 2 years.

The thing that really bothers me is that sleep start time that Fitbit identifies is almost always wrong in 1-2 hours ...

I go to sleep at midnight, and it says 1:00am or 1:30 am ...

and it almost always like this. I wanted to ask:

1. Is anyone has this and managed to fix it?

2. Is ther away to access the raw data of your HR in those time? I suppose it identify the sleep according to the HR and I would like to see if there is a problem in the beginning of my sleep?

Sleep tracking is one of the main reason I bought Fitbit so I would really like to fix this.

Thanks,

Shay

Hello and welcome to the community, @shay19811981.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the sleep tracking using your Charge 6.

Several factors can impact the hour in which your Charge 6 tracks you're sleeping, for example, the way you wear the Fitbit, how much you move when sleeping, etc... I advise you to check this article to know more about this.

You can also restart the Charge 6 to make sure everything is all set.

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately that didn't help, I restarted the device and it worked well for 1 night, and then got worse again ...

I try to wear it more tight or more loose and it doesn't change a thing ...

It's really frustrate me, I use the charge mainly for sleep tracking ...

Is there a way to access the raw data from this time (the HR etc ...) and try to debug and understand what happens in those time period?

Any other answer would be appreciated.

Shay
