Slow to sync now won’t sync at all iPhone

Fitbit six will not sync with iPhone 2020 SE. It was always slow anyway, and took ages to sync, now it won’t sync any data at all for the last two days.
Went to remove it from Bluetooth list. It said yes it is removing but now instead it is permanently there without the option to remove.

Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, same problem persists. Never worn in the bath or shower.

The line which goes across the screen to show syncing only goes halfway and then doesn’t  go any further or disappears and shows the no data messages
my Fitbit has often given me a message saying failed to sink a certain area in the past, but you can never actually see what the area is

Hello @BetterThings2Do

This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync? (<-- click link)

Another thing to consider is your version of iOS. The Fitbit app requirement is iOS version 15 or higher. If your phone is on a lower iOS version, that could be the reason why you experience slow syncing.

The help page troubleshooting may get it to sync but they aren’t a fix. The truth is my Chrage 6 is THE WORST at syncing to my IOS devices and I have have several fitbits. Can’t help but feel that things have gotten worse with Google. They barely try to be IOS compatible.

Mine is exactly the same. Very disappointed. Not at all happy as I have tried everything, like you

The Fitbit sense 2 and Fitbit app has been acting up for me for months now!tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing fixed the problem. Fitbit support has been no help and they have been ignoring all my recent emails. Very disappointed with the product and the service!

I too have syncing problems. The device and app on the phone double up on the same exercise. I have had 4 iterations of a Fitbit and this one is the worst. When this one dies I’ll look for a tracker that isn’t owned by Google and simply used as a tool to force you to use their maps etc…
