So Close, Yet So Far From Sleep Goal

This is probably just a nitpick, but I bought a Charge 6 last month to replace the Flex 2 because I mostly wanted to track my sleep patterns. My sleep goal is 8 hours and sometimes I'm at least 30 minutes short from my goal. The worst I had was 10 minutes shorts from my sleep goals. Anyone has that experience before?

Hello @hartleyst and welcome to the Community.  The Flex 2 and Charge 6 are very different Fitbits and they track sleep differently.  The Flex 2 can only use lack of wrist movement to assess sleep.  The Charge 6 uses your heart rate variability and breathing rate in addition to lack of wrist movement.

Are you saying that you got your sleep goal with your Flex 2, but can't get it with your Charge 6?

I also just switched from a Flex 2 to a Charge 6 . Although it registers a sleep start of 9:55 pm and end at 6:34 am it shows only 3 :43 hours of sleep. How do I get correct data? I slept well.
