Some exercise not updating in exercise days

I’ve read loads of threads in this community forum but cannot find a solution anywhere.

i have a charge 6 and an applie iPhone. I am finding that not all of my exercise is updating in the Fitbit app. So today I went for a run this morning, starting the exercise on my watch and stopping it at the end of the run. It has not updated in the Fitbit app under exercise days. However I went for a walk this afternoon and that has automatically flowed through to the Fitbit app under exercise days. All of the steps and distances seem to be updating but just not the exercise days. Any ideas?

Both the charge 6 and the app are fully updated. My phone is on the latest iOS. I’ve restarted my devices, disconnected, restarted Bluetooth, paired and unpaired the device but nothing is working.

@BettyBrum Don't know that there is a solution.  I've also had this happen where a tracked workout I started and stopped on Charge 6 doesn't show up in the app after a manual sync.  I ended up manually logging the activity in the app.  That manually logging itself sometimes causes issues too where logged activity won't save.  

My mom's on Charge 5 and it's also happened to her where exercises just don't get updated in the app.
