SpO2 and ECG Apps not available on Charge 6

Is this a version that does not carry these features. I am running on Frimware 66.20001.214.24
I tried to add them by going to Gallery -> Apps. 
They are not availble. PLS for your support.

Hi @rangasw.  Where are you located?  Both SpO2and ECG are medically regulated features and aren't available in all countries.

@rangasw   SpO2 and ECG are not available in Sri Lanka.  There is a country availability list on this Google page.  Both of these features needed approval by the US Food and Drug Administration for release in the US.  They need approval by the equivalent regulatory body in Sri Lanka for release there.

I have been a customer ffrom 2017 where I purchased a Charge 2 for the first time.
I loved the reliability and accuracy of data and the very reason to buy a new version.
Not all my hopes are broken when I came to knwo this. I can try to get the support from the regulatory of Sri Lanka if you
share with me on my email of what documents, forms need to be filled tp get this activated.
SPO2 and ECG are ones of the most important features that made me to go to this purchase otherwise almost all chinese brands have
these features.

As our friend mentioned, the SpO2 and ECG apps are not available in Sri Lanka. I apologize for this inconvenience as I understand how interested you were in these apps. Your feedback is appreciated and if anything changes, we'll make sure to update the list of approved countries so you can take advantage of all features included in your Charge 6.
