I have a charge 6 and I don’t see how many steps are logged anymore during workouts. I used to be able to see that on my charge 5. Any tips on where to find? Thanks!

@Niclondon Under Fitbit Settings -- Exercise see if you have stride length input. I had similar issue once where my walk count barely registered. I found the walk stride length was blank and I allow auto calculation. But the walk stride length never updated with a number only the run stride was updated. When I manually input a stride length, my walk steps started to get counted.

Hi @Niclondon. I'm reading your question different from @KatherineNY . Are you asking about seeing your step count as a middle stat on your Charge 6 screen in the Workout shortcut in the Exercise app? Fitbit updated and added exercises to the Charge 6, making it different from the Charge 5. My Sense 2 has the same Exercise shortcuts as the Charge 6. I don't have steps available as a middle stat. I see my step count in the Exercise details after the fact.

Hi @KatherineNY, @LZeeW and welcome @Niclondonto the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
It may be possible that you are used to see automatically logged activities and your device stopped doing this.
To ensure your device is going to detect the activity you want, take a look at our help article How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device? below the section Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically? > Manage automatically tracked activities through SmartTrack.
Once the settings are in line, you should see the stats you want as @LZeeW mentioned in her post.
