Stress Management not showing breakdown

Is there any update to getting the stress management to actually show the score breakdown?  I'm using a Charge 6, with a Premium membership, and when I go into the Stress Management tab, the individual scores are greyed out and it says "Score breakdown included with Fitbit Premium".  I just updated to the new 4.16 version of the iOS app and have tried every "fix" I've seen in other threads (restoring purchases, restarting the app, clearing the cache, etc).

This might be an issue that requires assistance from Fitbit support (<-- click link). There could be something unusual going on with your Premium subscription that they can check in their system.
