Hi All,
After multiple follow ups with the support team and still getting no way, I've decide to reach out to other users here to see if they are still experiencing the same issue as I and if anyone has managed to find a fix. I purchased my Fitbit Charge 6 about a month ago and the downloading of ECG's has never worked. When I click on download ECG or share ECG it gets stuck on "Preparing report for Sharing" and "downloading". The circle keeps spinning.
I've tried all the trouble shooting advice including removing app, clearing cache, etc. There has been two Fitbit updates since I first raised issue with the support team. I've found out posts which first flagged this issue in 2023 and shockingly surprised this is still an issue for some users.
I run the app on Samsung S10.
I'm hoping someone had some answers on here. If not, I'll follow up with support again and then reach out to the ACCC to better understand my rights with a faulty product.
Your input would be much appreciated if you know anything!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately mine is still not working despite 3 or 4 Fitbit updates since raising the issue.
What phone model do you have?
