Support the Arabic langue

We hope for your support in adding the Arabic language to the Fitbit Charge 6 and the Fitbit app in Saudi Arabia. This language is crucial in our community, and its inclusion will significantly enhance the user experience for Arabic speakers. If available, many customers in the Arab market will appreciate and recommend the watch. Please consider adding this feature, even if it requires using artificial intelligence. We believe this addition will not only benefit users but also expand Fitbit’s market reach in the Middle East.

@Abdulaziz-Hamad   Fitbit added Arabic language with a firmware update on many devices.  This firmware was released about the same time the Charge 6 was released and it is my understanding that the Charge 6 included Arabic.  I will flag your post to get a moderator to help clarify this.

I would like to clarify that I am using a Fitbit Charge 6 with an iPhone. So far, I haven’t been able to find the Arabic language option in the device settings or the app. Can you please confirm if the Arabic language is indeed supported on the Fitbit Charge 6? If it is supported, how can I enable it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Abdulaziz-Hamad. Thanks for sharing your Arabic language support to the Fitbit Charge 6 query. 

As @LZeeW mentioned, with the firmware update, Arabic is available for Charge 6. 

To change the language on your Charge 6:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit settings > App Settings.
2. Turn off the option to automatically detect your country.
3. Choose your country, then sync your device.
4. Follow the instructions to update your device to use Arabic.
