Surfing activity

I have just finished surfing while I had my Fitbit on. I recorded the session on the surfing mode, but whenever I try to see the details on the app, the app closes as the GPS and other data is loading. Has anybody had a similar issue with the same or other activities?

I have not, but have you tried clearing the app cache?  I would start there.

Also, do you have iOS or Android?

Hi! I have not tried that because I’m worried I’ll be losing all of my other data. Would that be the case?

And also I am on iOS.

Hi, I have the same issue and the same though. Clear Data or Cache would make me loose all data I guess? 

any news on that???
