Hello, I’m having an issue with my Charge 6. This morning I changed my time zone to Europe, and the app notified me that an update was available. I started the update but forgot to connect the device to the charger. Later, I noticed that the screen on my Charge 6 keeps showing “Sync from the Fitbit mobile app,” and I can’t access the main screen to use it. I tried stopping and restarting it, but that didn’t work. Could anyone help me? Many thanks!

Best AnswerHey, thanks for the reply! Yes, I tried but the device even didn't vibrate. I also asked a lot of help from Google support and store staff, and nothing works 😅 The store finally offered a replacement😌
