Tracker hourly steps not matching app

Periodically I’ve noticed on my FitBit app dashboard, my “hours with 250+ steps” is not syncing properly with the information on my Charge 6. Usually I get in all my steps, every hour, but the dashboard app has been displaying hours where it says I did not. I know I’m getting all my hourly steps, and my tracker agrees, but the app does not. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? I’ve tried resetting and all the usual stuff, to no avail.  Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi @RangerTom - while the correct information should appear on the watch, the syncing and coordination [bugs aside] can take a little while, summary may not be in sync with the underlying details but may sort itself given time.

You can compare the results in the web online dashboard [note the last sync time at the top] with those of the phone Fitbit App to check for bugs.

I am having same issue with hourly steps and zone minutes; sync does not update on app. i have uninstalled app and my charge 6, restarted both, turned bluetooth on and off and every other restart option offered. i am extremely frustrated that this seems to be a regular issue across devices. Clearly something is not right behind the curtain.
