Tracking Recovery heart rate

Is there a way to be able to track how long it takes for your heart rate to go back down to resting after you have finished a workout or exercise session?

I'd like to be able to see on a graph the length of time after each session. And then see how and when my fitness starts to improve

Let me help you how to track your cardio fitness level.

The stat you are looking for is a good way to evaluate your cardio fitness level. However, we don't provide exactly a way to track what you are looking for. What your device is able to do is to provide you with a cardio fitness score (also known as VO2 Max).
