I have my work ID saved in my Google wallet so I can use my phone to tap in to my office (an alternative to tapping in with my badge). It's set up through a third party app but it's the Google Wallet app that opens when I tap in. Is there any way I can add this type of card to my Google wallet on my Charge 6 and use it to tap in? It looks like maybe it only supports payment cards?

Nope. Galaxy Watch6 supports it though via Samsung Wallet. But you'll need a Galaxy phone to use it.
