Hello @LMS3000 and welcome to the Community.  Yes, two people can use the same device on their separate phones.  Part of the setup includes a unique four digit code that pairs a Fitbit with the user's phone.  This YouTube video shows the setup process.

Hello @LMS3000 and welcome to the Community.  Yes, two people can use the same device on their separate phones.  Part of the setup includes a unique four digit code that pairs a Fitbit with the user's phone.  This YouTube video shows the setup process.
