Unable to change Hourly Activity Reminders to Move

I am unable to change the time setting for Reminders to Move. It is stuck on 5pm-midnight. If I try to change it, is doesn't save the change.

@Oswens   This is a longstanding issue with the switch to DST.  We can't fix that bad data.  Things should be sorted out today.
