Hello, trying to add friends under Community -- Friends using email.
Says email sent but friends are not receiving my invite. Vice versa, they sent invite to me and I'm not receiving it. We are both on @Gmail.com accounts for Fitbit.

That's what I meant. We are both on Google-verse login both Fitbit accounts on Google.
I figured out my problem. I was waiting for an email in Gmail when the invitation was a notification within the Fitbit app to accept friend. And I have all notifications turned off so didn't even know it was there until I manually checked.
Got there eventually.

While it's great that you're both using Gmail accounts for your Fitbit, both of you have to actually move your Fitbit accounts to Google in order for the invites to go through. This is different than simply changing your email to a Gmail account on Fitbit....trust me, I learned that the hard way: even though I had changed my email to my Gmail account for Fitbit, I still had to grant permission to move everything over to a Google account.
