Unable to sync Charge 6 with Android phone

I don't want to cancel my subscription to my Fitbit 6 chart but I can't make it sync to my android but it worked for z
1 month then stopped. I'm very flustered because cannot get to any type of help to see what is wrong. But several reviews are bad. Please help me.
