I had so much hope for my Charge 6. It promised to provide me with Sleep Stages, Sleep Scores, Breathing Rate, HRV, all the data its predecessors (a Charge 4 and a Charge 5) were never able to deliver, regardless of how I wore them. Then, yesterday morning, my Charge 6 died. My day-long attempts to revive it via numerous resets and constant recharging were all to no avail. As I sit here mourning its demise, I’m thinking I need to take it back to the store I bought it at, get my money back, and resurrect the Charge 4 which I still have (I returned the Charge 5 years ago). My Charge 4 delivers and omits the exact same incomplete data that the Charge 6 did. Anyone have any other ideas?
