I bought a new Fitbit Charge 6 in a store yesterday. However when I try to get the 6 months free premium (yesterday and today) an u expected error has occurred. How can this be fixed?

Anybody with any ideas? I am fuming that I cannot get Fitbit Premium as advertised. Is this a scam by Fitbit???
