Update terrible

The Fitbit app just keeps getting worse with updates! The app keeps jumping back to the previous day’s information. My texts no longer vibrate even though I’ve tried everything to fix it. Seriously regretting getting a charge 6 but I’d loved my charge 2 and the app worked at the time! The app froze the other night completely and I lost the whole aerobic workout I’d done and had to manually enter it. Really don’t know what’s going wrong with Fitbit at the moment. Sorry bit of a rant but hope others are finding the same issues.

Sad to hear about your recent experiences with the Fitbit app.
Please check for updates from time to time as Version 4.15 of the Fitbit app has started being rolled out a few days ago which hopefully will get things fixed by this update.
I'd like to point out the it might take some days until this update will be available for you. Rollout is expected to be completed by Wednesday, April 24th.

I absolutely agree. Since 2016 the app has gotten worse and worse with every redesign. Especially the date visualisations have become worse to the point where it's virtually useless.

Now even the online dashboard is discontinued.

I definitely won't buy another fit bit.

My sleep score is not working after the update. Its time this company was shuttered its too bloated lots of people sat around doing nothing over paid getting fat to justify their time constant pretend improvements more activity for them but we customers suffer as each of their working from home  updates to justify time fails . My huawei never glitches it 4 years. Fitbit is a zombie company that in free market would fail it just the  government has blocked the compition with legislation so we have pay an extra 100 OK but with this they could at least have the decency to make a product that works as well as a 40 dollar free market device.  They may be better paying their staff to do nothing as my sleep score would still work if they had not had to justify their time on activity . I watched a video on utube the smart people have left Google now it like general motors .would you buy a used car from that general
