I have been using my Charge 6 on a walk instead of carrying my phone.
I have added my credit card to Google Wallet on the Charge 6 so I can pay if we stop for refreshments mid walk.
However to use Google Wallet during the walk I have to stop the walk otherwise I don't seem to be able to access the Wallet.
I just wondered if this is correct or is there a way to access Wallet whilst keeping the walk exercise running on the Charge 6.

@Julia_G I've been using Fitbit pay or wallet for years no problem during bike rides. I regularly bike to the grocery store for small items. It's designed to be used with a shortcut button. Press the button and your 4 digit pass code screen comes up to pay. Exercise mode not affected at all.

Hi, @PaulBN , unfortunately it is not possible to access the Wallet app while the exercise app is running. If you want to track your walk using the exercise app you will need to track it in two parts in order to use the wallet feature in the middle.
Alternatively you can rely on the auto tracking feature for your walk: SmartTrack, in which your walk is tracked in the background without launching the exercise app. You might find the information in this help article useful - it describes the different ways to track your activities.
I’m sure you know about using Google Wallet, but here’s a link to everything you need to know about using Google Wallet on your Fitbit.

I've just tried as described above.
Start the walk exercise then double press the side buttons and the wallet appears.

Hi, @MarkMM and @PaulBN , that’s interesting! I spent quite a lot of time on this and tested it with my own Charge 6. I noted that AI claimed this could be done, with the side button, and I tested it, but my Charge 6 absolutely won’t do this! Pressing the button on mine does indeed pause the workout, but the wallet won’t come up. I will keep puzzling over this.
In the meantime, I am glad that you have your problem solved, and I have marked @MarkMM ‘s post as best answer as it solved the problem for you! Meanwhile I’ll keep puzzling over mine.
