Voice cues

Voice cues have just stopped working today with my headphones and charge 6. Yet another issue I've had in the lat few weeks. Getting fed up with all the app issues now.

Let me help you with the voice cues that have stopped in the Fitbit app. I can imagine how you may feel if you are finding some other issues using the Fitbit app.

Since you mentioned the voice cues have stopped on your headphones, can you confirm those are missing also on the mobile's speaker?

If yes, make sure this feature is activated in the Fitbit app. To do so:

  • From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the + icon in the lower right Activity.
  • Tap on Start an exercise
  • On the top right corner tap on the gear icon
  • Ensure "voice cues" are activated
  • Ensure the stats you want to be informed are also active

Sorry to say that all the things you have mentioned i have been doing previously and have done them again. Still not working correctly.

Voice cues only work with the Fitbit app on your phone. Not with your Charge 6. I'm not sure if your issue is with an Android or IOS phone?

I'm using android. This is my routine for my run which I have done since I
got my charge 6 fitbit a year or so ago. Connect my headphones to my phone
via Bluetooth, select my music, select run on my charge 6 using phone gps
because it's more accurate, go to fitbit app make sure voice cues are set
up, select run in the app and start watch and app together. I use both
because charge 6 checks heart rate and app is more accurate for distance
and pace (if only one would do it all) this has always worked with my music
at the same time. But not anymore.
This is one of several things that have annoyingly stopped working like
they used to.
I have uninstalled, disconnected etc on more than one occasion.
Help in resolving this and other issues with the app would be greatly
appreciated.
