Since you mentioned the voice cues have stopped on your headphones, can you confirm those are missing also on the mobile's speaker?

Best AnswerVoice cues only work with the Fitbit app on your phone. Not with your Charge 6. I'm not sure if your issue is with an Android or IOS phone?
