Water Cardio/Aerobics

When doing water cardio / aerobics. Should I being using the swim or aerobics. I have a charge 6.

I moved your post from the on-line fitbit.com forum to the Charge 6 product help forum since that's the device mentioned in your post.

I tend to use the generic "Workout" option for my exercises since I do boxing in my VR headset and follow YouTube exercise videos. So, that's an option.

Of the choices you mentioned, it would probably better to use Aerobics over Swim. Swim will track laps and distance, which I don't think you'd get with water aerobics.

Consider trying the Aerobics and Workout categories to see which one gives you the metrics that you're interested in tracking.
