There is always a glitch on this app. Today it’s the water intake log. Ongoing problem is the joke of cardio load. Last month is was something else. Getting any help from Fitbit is impossible.
Premium is not worth the $$.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
My app won’t even let me log it. If I use the “custom add” I have to delete the previous amount add in my head the new total and enter it…every time. The +- buttons don’t even work on the 8,16,24oz.
I’ve updated, turned off, logged out-everything they told me to do. No Joy.

Hi @SetB and @Fullerman, thanks for stopping by, I hope you both are doing well.
I'm sorry to hear the last Fitbit app update has brought some trouble to the water intake logging. Thank you for the troubleshooting already tried.
I would like to inform you this bug with the water intake log have already been escalated. Our team is already working on a resolution as soon as possible.
In the meantime, i recommend that you keep your Fitbit app up to date in order to get the fix as soon as it is released. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
I updated and all my past water entries are 2oz per day. Is there another update coming?
Best AnswerI’m having the very same issues after updating my Versa 4! 😡. When will this be fixed?!!
Best AnswerMy past water intake logs now show over 2,000 oz/day, which is obviously incorrect. I didn’t like the change/format of how the new water intake log works now. Major glitch!
I am having the same issue. Just updated but still no fix!
Best AnswerMy issue on the water log is that for the last few days instead of logging in 8 glasses of water (64 oz), it's been like 5,000 oz. If only I could float on water and live! Problematic because I have to manually tap on the water entry to delete... every single one! Not good at all!

Best Answer@DavidFitbit I'm having the same issue with my fit charge 3 not logging water intake and have tried several trouble shoot options.
I'm seeing that it's been a full year following your initial response about this glitch "already being worked on by your team", and that it's still apparently not resolved.
I finally got my fitbit (after wanting one for a few years) and was hoping for something simple, basic, and easy to use. It's been extremely disappointing that this is now the 5th thing I've had to try to troubleshoot since this morning (my first day using it). I've been lucky in that the other issues were able to be resolved, but this is highly frustrating! What solution has your team come up with to solve the issue for not being able to log water intake?

I can't even log what I ate for breakfast!

So do I!😡
Best AnswerSame! My water log just keeps resetting to 0 today although when I look at my weekly log it's there. It's not right though because I inputted everything twice and it disappeared both times, but it all appears in the weekly log.
Yes, I agree with logging water intake. There seems to be an issue with the date. I click on the calendar date but it doesn't register. As the date is a required field, then you can't add a custom amount or any of the options (glass, bottle, large bottle) and you can't save.
