Hi
When I sync my Charge 6 (received at xmas as a gift) I get the following message “We were unable to update/install one or more of your apps please try again”
I have removed the Google Maps and You Tube Music Apps and removed my Aria2 scales.
The sync is incredibly slow – as in 10’s of minutes
I have reset the charge 6 updated the FitBit App via the Apple App Store, rebooted my iPhone 13 pro Max several times
Have you any ideas please?

Well I hope this helps. On the health app I randomly found that find my phone only works with iPhone 14 and above. With that in mind I uninstalled “find my phone” in Fitbit. Not had a notification so far. This would also acct for why some are affected and not others. Mine is an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It’s annoying that it’s a generic message. If it told you exactly what it couldn’t install that would help.

been asking Fitbit for over a month and no one has mentioned this
