WhatsApp notifications not coming on Fitbit

I can’t connect watsapp so I get notifications. Just gone from 5 to a 6, but get the message about needing a watsap message to be received in order to add to notifications. I’m getting plenty of eataspps but not option to connect.

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately I have tried all of the advice in the link and it never worked. But spoke to one of your team via twitter and they have resolved for me. So I had the notifications now.

I'd be grateful if you could share the steps you took to resolve this. It'll definitely help anyone else who runs into this in the future.

I am an iPhone user, I had to change my iPhone language settings to English US, by going to settings, general and language. I changed to English US. The went back to the app and watsapp came up. Then I changed the settings back to English UK
