Why does Charge 6 keep tracking low RHR?

My resting heart rate is always around low. My BP is always high . I’m reasonably fit, but not an athlete. For context, I’m 30, I’m a petite female( 5 feet 1, 95 lbs), I don’t feel tired or faint. But these readings sometimes make me panic. Do I need to worry?

Hi, @pilankro , don’t panic!  You don’t say what your resting heart rate is, but generally speaking a low resting heart rate is very healthy and usually not a reason to be concerned especially as you are young and reasonably fit and generally feel well.  However, as you are aware, Fitbits are not medical devices and you should always consult your doctor if you have any health concerns.

Fitbit does not measure BP (blood pressure) so I assume you are using another device to check this.  It is not clear from your post whether your BP is high or low, but again, generally speaking low blood pressure is much healthier than high blood pressure and usually not a reason for concern if you don’t feel faint or tired.  Your doctor is best placed to advise you if you have any worries of this sort.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the Community Forums!
