I logged some aerobic exercise using my Charge 6, but I paused it and forgot to resume tracking so later I went onto my Android phone to make corrections. When I access the Edit Exercise feature, I am able to change the start time and the duration, but the calories burned does not update.
I can type numbers into the Energy burned - calories section, but it doesn't stick. Once I press save, it reverts back to the original 10 calories for the 5 minutes I logged originally, as opposed to more calories from the hour of the updated exercise duration.
I've also tried deleting the 10 calories so the field is blank, since the description says "If you leave this field empty, Fitbit will automatically calculate...etc." This change also didn't stick.
Is there something I missed?

I have the same problem with a Charge 6 and an android app. If I forget to end the exercise, such as a walk, I can use the app to change the duration but after I save it I see my change for a few seconds and then it reverts to the previous value.
This problem has been mentioned in one form or another for many years on various devices and voted up by many users. I do not understand why it has not been addressed. This is clearly a bug.
I was able to change the number of laps on a swim and other data (such as pace) were updated accordingly.
I also found it odd that editing is not allowed from the website.

One other useful bit of info, should someone at fitbit or google undertake to address this:
I edited a walk where the GPS did not work, neither the GPS in my charge 6 nor did it use my phone's GPS although it is configured to. In this case editing the duration did work, meaning it persisted after I saved it.
