Cardio load is really unhelpful I find.
1. It doesn't marry up with daily readiness (the two data points are consistently at odds)
2. You can hit your targets and be "overtraining", but then the next day be completely under training (surely the targets should help you consistently hit where you need to be to either maintain and grow fitness levels...at the moment they're completely disconnected to whatever your goal is
3. I can't turn it off! Because it's so out of synch, I've tried removing the widget, but the annoying message appears at the top!
I'd really like it to be more connected with other metrics, and have daily zones be where they should to help you reach your goal. But they're not. So there should at least be the option to completely remove it!!!
Anyone else finding the feature annoying?

Hello @LaurenLondon
Daily Readiness and Cardio Load are not a direct one-to-one correlation. You can have a High Daily Readiness score with a low Cardio Load Target range. This help page explains more about Daily Readiness score (<-- click link) and this page explains the Cardio Load feature (<-- click link).
As far as I know, there currently isn't a way to turn off the Cardio Load prompt in the Fitbit app.
One option that some users are doing is deleting their Cardio Load data in the Fitbit app. This temporarily turns off the Cardio Load prompt when the data is deleted. This method requires periodic Cardio Load data deletion about once a week to prevent the algorithm from acquiring the necessary data to re-establish the Cardio Load. If you want to give this a try, this help page has the steps to delete the Cardio Load data (<-- click link)
Also, please consider adding your vote & comments to this feature request: Allow users to move/delete Cardio Load prompt (<-- click link).
