Cardio load is really unhelpful I find.
1. It doesn't marry up with daily readiness (the two data points are consistently at odds)
2. You can hit your targets and be "overtraining", but then the next day be completely under training (surely the targets should help you consistently hit where you need to be to either maintain and grow fitness levels...at the moment they're completely disconnected to whatever your goal is
3. I can't turn it off! Because it's so out of synch, I've tried removing the widget, but the annoying message appears at the top!
I'd really like it to be more connected with other metrics, and have daily zones be where they should to help you reach your goal. But they're not. So there should at least be the option to completely remove it!!!
Anyone else finding the feature annoying?
