Clicking on Gallery is of no use. Always says, No internet connection!
And There's no option for wifi

Sad to hear that you're having an issue using your Fitbit app.
As there is no WiFi on your Charge 6, there must be a problem with the internet connection of the device you're using the Fitbit app with. If your mobile device is running Android, please have a closer look here to hopefully get things fixed:
