My zone minutes and cardio load numbers for this week have disappeared. Also, there are no cardio load suggestions. Is there anyone having a similar issue? Everything else is working.

@Dawn2007 @Fredgei @RiekoC ,A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and reports.
The bug that caused Cardio target load to not appear in the Fitbit App for some Customers has been fixed. Performing a manual sync in the Fitbit app (pull-down on the Today screen) is the recommended work-around to populate the Cardio target load value.
Let us know how it goes.

On my app, the cardio load recommendation is blank today:
Yesterday, it suggested I to about ten times as much as I did. (Yesterday's construction labor was muscle-intense, but not very cardio intense.)
This is a shame, because I might actually have the opportunity for a cardio workout later today, and I use the cardio load to decide how much to do at such times.

Hello @Dawn2007
What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Did you try uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app?
I suspect that the lack of cardio load values for the week is what is causing the issue with your cardio target load.

Hello @Fredgei
This help page (<-- click) explains how the cardio target load is calculated. If you're missing data for the 3 factors used to calculate your target load, I believe that would affect the algorithm.
If you're still wanting to do a cardio workout, you could take a look at your past couple of weeks to see what your average cardio load has been. Then plan your workout around that average.

Hello @RiekoC,
I have had so many issues with my Fitbit Charge 5 and 6 those steps are automatically done before I look for help. I shouldn't have to take that time out of my day.
The cardio and zone minutes have returned but the cardio target goal has not. The cardio goal suggestion was usually off the mark a bit so I am not worried about it. It is just another symptom of whatever the issue is. The cardio and zone minutes are important because of my health issues, they give me a better idea of what is going on without having to spend the time going over hours of heart rate.

Thank you @JuanFitbit for letting us know that there was an issue with the Cardio Target Load feature and that it's been fixed.
I actually didn't get my cardio target load this morning, the first time for me. Sometime later in the afternoon, the value showed up.
Please forward my thanks to the team for resolving the issue with the cardio target load.

Hi @JuanFitbit,
Everything was working this morning. I automatically do the pull down sync first thing in the morning when I check how I did yesterday and what I need to do today.
Thanks for the update and the fix.
Have a great day!
