alarm stops all by itself

hello,

i have a problem in the alarm, it stops by itself without me stopping it (smart awake is not activated), i don't want it to stop without me pressing the stop or snooze button how to fix please?

It will vibrate for 15 seconds, then stop, then go off again in 9 minutes.  There is no adjustment to this.  What you could to is set additional alarms a minute of 2 after the first one to keep going off even if the first one doesn't do the job.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
