cannot view heart rate after an exercise in the Fitbit App

bonjour,

I have changed device for a charge 6 and updated the mobile app with my google account.

I cannot see anymore the heart rate graph in the mobile app after an exercise is recorded, I can see it only on a computer .

Why is this not possible anymore ?

You should be able to see the heart rate graph in the mobile app after completing an exercise, but it takes a few more taps to get there.

  • Tap on Exercise days on the Today page in the app
  • Tap on the tile for your completed workout to see the details, including the heart rate graph
