My charge 6 is displaying a number sequence with a stopwatch time fromat and asking to sync to iPhone. I have tried to sync, but no response. I disconnected the watch from the app and tried to reconnect, but the iPhone can't find Charge 6 to connect. I have reset the watch, restarted iPhone, and turned Bluetooth on and off. I need help, please.

It might be best to contact Support (<-- click link) to see if they can help you get your Charge 6 reconnected with your iPhone. Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. It might be better to call & talk with a support person.
